Yes, the whole course is free — no ads, no paywall, no hidden charges. You can support the project if you want to, but it changes nothing about your access to the lessons.
Do I need to install anything or sign up?
Not to follow the lessons: they open in your browser, and your progress is saved in this browser. Building the project is real work on your own computer, though: you need an AI coding agent of your choice, a browser and Git, and a free GitHub account to put the finished app online with GitHub Pages.
